didBOX is Europe’s leading driver identification and
control system for forklift trucks.
1998 - A major, blue chip UK forklift truck user identified
a huge expensive problem with lack of control of their forklift
truck drivers. The abuse of the trucks and the expensive
damage could not continue.
1999 - The didBOX team developed a versatile, simple solution
by listening closely to what the customer actually wanted
and by disregarding the overly complicated products available
in the market place.
A joint venture with an award winning electronics company
was entered into, ensuring that the technical development
of the didBOX was state of the art.
2000 - Extensive on site, real world product testing. A
year’s operation with not one malfunction. Production
orders are placed.
2001 – Sales to major UK forklift truck dealers begin.
2002 – Actiserve Ltd agrees to sell didBOX in the
UK.
2003 – First units sold outside the UK
2004 – 1000th unit installed
2005 – Actiserve Ltd reappointed as authorised distributor
2006 – Upgraded literature and website are launched.
