Come and see didBOX at the IMHX 2007

didBOX are pleased to announce that we will be attending the IMHX 2007 event at the NEC in Birmingham (UK) from 13th to 16th March. IMHX is the largest gathering of materials handling and logistics professionals held in the UK and only happens once every three years.

didBOX will be running a demonstration stand for the entire four-day duration of the show. This will be an opportunity to come and meet some of our technical team, see the system in action first hand and get answers to any questions you may have.

didBOX will be situated in Hall 19 at stand 20D132 and invite anyone who has a fleet of mobile plant to manage to stop by for a few minutes and see exactly how the system can be of benefit to their specific operation.

TIMET UK Ltd confirms that didBOX is a “robust and reliable solution” (23-May-2006)

TIMET is the world's largest fully-integrated titanium manufacturer and distributor. Their Birmingham UK site, like many large organisations, had a need to limit and control access to their forklift trucks. They had also been experiencing a number of thefts where their own forklifts had been used to move the stolen materials and required additional security and immobilisation on their fleet.

After assessing TIMET Birmingham's requirements, their forklift truck supplier recommended the didBOX system on the basis that it was cost-effective, easy to install and would provide instant data retrieval of driver usage against date and time as well as providing an additional level of security against unauthorised use of the vehicles.

TIMET have reported that their drivers have not had any difficulty adjusting to using the system and that in the event of truck damage or other incidents, the data downloading facility has given valuable insight and aided their investigations.
